Supported Telephone Systems
Xchange works with the following telephone systems:
- If using SIP trunks and the Xchange PC softphone, OfficeServ version T5.03 or greater is required. Internal consult transfer isn't supported due to one way audio issues. MPS mode is not supported as it will cause one way audio on hold and un-hold.
- Supported: Interface meets Partner specification and is installed and operational at multiple sites.
- Legacy: The PBX software and hardware is no longer sold or supported by the manufacturer. Not available for new installations, limited support only for existing installations.
